Do you work with clients outside of Canada?+
Yes. While incorporated and headquartered in British Columbia, we work with clients across North America, India, and internationally. All contracts are issued by the Canadian entity.
What engagement models do you offer?+
We offer three primary models: fixed-price for defined scope projects, time and materials for evolving requirements, and dedicated team arrangements for ongoing work. Retainer structures are also available.
Will you sign an NDA before we discuss our project?+
Yes. We are happy to execute a mutual NDA before any detailed project discussion. All project briefs submitted through our contact form are treated as confidential regardless.
Do you provide support after a project is delivered?+
Yes. All projects include a structured handover period with documentation and training. Post-delivery support arrangements can be formalised as part of the project agreement or through a separate retainer.

All scope changes are processed through a formal change control procedure. No additional work is undertaken without written agreement on the impact to timeline and cost.
